Job: Sazzy Expediter/Quality Control

Job Overview:

This position serves as the bridge between the kitchen and service staff as well as an overseer of  food quality and presentation before it is delivered to a guest. The Expediter is the final authority on every food item’s quality and organization for the kitchen as well as responsible for timing and organization courses and food delivery for the service staff. Successful team members will show interested in learning and be hard working, punctual, and self motivating.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing exceptional customer service
• Responsible for food presentation and quality control
• Ensure accurate delivery of guest orders
• Assist with food delivery when necessary
• Alert service staff of completed orders
• Coordinate timing and organization between F.O.H. and B.O.H.
• Maintain Communication between F.O.H. and B.O.H.

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Exceptional organization and communication skills
• Understanding of proper plating and food quality
• Passion for the service industry and/or culinary arts
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
