Job: Sazzy B P.M. Dishwasher

Job Overview:

Wash and put away dishes as ell as provide auxiliary support to kitchen staff by maintaining the cleanliness of kitchen areas as well as performing basic maintenance tasks related to kitchen equipment. . Successful team members will show interest in learning and be hard working, punctual, and self motivating.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes and kitchen tools during service
• Maintain cleanliness dish pit and surrounding area
• Clean and organize Walk In Cooler
• Break down and organize boxes
• Sweep and mop kitchen at end of shift
• Maintain par levels of plate ware and silverware for bar and service staff

Qualifications:

• Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Must be over the age of 16 or provide valid work permit
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be punctual and responsible.
• Must be capable of lifting objects up to 50 lbs
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
