Job Overview:
BuzzTenders are responsible for on premise and retail sales of over 200 craft beers and 200 unique wines.
This position is expected to hold a greater than average knowledge of wine and beer products, their service,
and applicable local laws. In additon to sales, the Buzztender is responsible for providing exceptional food
and beverage service to guests seated at the bar or in the lounge area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Preparation and service of wine and beer based beverages
- Order taking and cash register operation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining area
- Responsibility for cash drawer and report accuracy
- Assist with inventory maintenance
- Maintain stock and rotation levels of food and beverage products
- Maintain general security of the building
- Stocking of wine and beer products daily
- Regular attendance of educational meetings
Qualifications:

- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Kenosha Bartenders’ license required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Service experience preferred
- Wine and / or beer knowledge required
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
