Job Overview:
Craft Cocktail Bartenders at Sazzy B have to be the best of the best. Our bar program is based on consistency, creativity, knowledge, and exceptional service. This position is responsible for the execution of artistic and complicated recipes in a high volume and high visibility environment. Personality, passion, and speed are paramount for success in this position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, even under high stress situations
- Identify and and effectively solve customer issues in real time
- Assist with food delivery when necessary
- Take and enter accurate food and drink orders
- Prepare craft cocktails with consistency and speed for the bar and dining area
- Serve high quality wine in accordance with fine dining standards
- Complete all side work and stocking daily
- Maintain security of both buildings on the property.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work and dining areas
- Assist with inventory maintenance
Qualifications:
- Fine dining experience preferred
- Above average wine, craft beer, and cocktail knowledge required
- Kenosha bartender’s license required prior to employment
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Professional demeanor in person and on the phone
- Passion for the service industry and cocktail design
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
